Delivery Address Accuracy

- Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damage.
- Contact our customer service at support@aussiekloth.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include the photos and your order number in your message.
Without photo proof of damage submitted within 7 days, we cannot issue refunds, replacements, or credit notes.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled if they have not been processed for shipping. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and the return policy will apply.
Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are not accepted for sale items or final sale products.
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer if the wrong order was placed or if the customer simply changed their mind.

Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the return shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
