Order Cancellation

- Time Frame: Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed (i.e., within 1–3 business days of placing your order).
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to request a return once the item is delivered. See our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved and the order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Processed or Shipped Orders
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Non-Cancellable Situations
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if:
- The order has already been shipped
- The product was sold as final sale or marked non-refundable
